Team Sunweb coach Sebastian Deckert (GER) said: “Martin had a difficult season with some health issues that limited his sportive performance and we have worked together with our medical staff to leave those problems behind us. We believe in Martin’s potential and want to give him the chance to show that in 2019, so are happy to continue our cooperation with him.”
